I love to use colour in my pieces. These colours will fade over time but this is the charm of dried flowers - their appearance is constantly evolving. With proper care, your dried flowers will last many months, and even years.
Keeping them away from direct sunlight will help to slow the fading. They should also be protected from wind, humidity and moisture.
If your dried flowers need to be dusted off, you can use a hairdryer on a cool setting and gently 'dry' them to blow off any dust. If you notice any seed pods dropping, you can use a light spray of hairspray over the flowers.
