Store Terms and Conditions

General

By ordering pieces through our website, you accept:

  • Our floral arrangements and bouquets are individually handmade and therefore each piece is unique. As we use natural materials, there is always some variation in size, colour, and shape

  • No two items we create are exactly the same and the item you receive may differ slightly from the photo on the website.

  • While we take all care possible to take our website photos in well-lit natural lighting, the photos are intended to be a guide only. The photos we use on our Facebook and Instagram pages may look slightly different to the website as filters and lighting can alter actual colours.

  • We do not refund for any natural variations in size, colour, and shape between the item you receive and the photos on our website or social media pages.

  • Dried florals are fragile and must be handled with care. We take all care possible to package your items, however, it is normal for a few small pieces to dislodge during shipping.

Shipping

Magenta Blooms is based in Karori, Wellington. We allow pick ups by arrangement and we also ship New Zealand wide. We package your items carefully, using recyclable packaging materials wherever possible, to ensure they arrive to you in good condition.

 

We send all orders via Courier Post. Once your item has been shipped, you can expect it to arrive in 2-3 days within the North Island and 3-4 days for the South Island.

Rural deliveries will incur an additional charge.

Deliveries are made Monday - Friday. Pick ups are available by arrangement.

Refunds

Because of the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible at leigh.westley@gmail.com to discuss

a replacement or refund. Original shipping costs on orders are non-refundable.

Gift cards are non-refundable.
